Bargain with the Baron

The idea was to create a scene where the protagonist of a cyberpunk world would strike up a deal with a local black market arms dealer named "The Baron". You step into his back room with his holographic fish tank and try to get your crew set up with a deal on augmented prosthetic limbs. After you leave, the location becomes a stop and shop for upgrades.
